I noticed your pricing is by Level, what determines a Specialists Level?
Our levels are determined by the demand on our Specialists time. The higher their demand, the higher their level and pricing. All of our Specialists have gone through our 40 week Associate Training program to earn a place on our salon floor. Do you mind if I ask what you are accustomed to paying so that I may help you choose the level best suited for you?

What is an Associate?
We are a teaching salon and our Associate program is the equivalent of a Masters degree in our industry. All of our Associates go through 40 weeks of training while assisting to earn a place on our salon floor. Our highest level Specialists partner with our Associates to provide you with the best experience possible. All work is done under their supervision and guidance.

Can I return or exchange a product that I purchased?
We want for you to love the products chosen to support your look at home. We will happily exchange any home-care product that you purchase from J Henry for something better suited to your needs.

I am not 100% happy with my service, what are my options?
Our goal is to meet your expectations during every visit. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 14 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

I need to cancel my Reservation, will I be charged?
We require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel any appointment. Cancellations without proper notice prohibit other guests on our waitlist from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to hold any appointment via our online portal. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
