Cancellations
- We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of the service and time booked.
- No-shows will be charged 100%.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer full exchanges on all products within 14 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Changing Stylists
- Feel free to change stylists within the salon.
- We recommend using at least two or three stylists regularly for consistent service.
Service Adjustments
- We strive for your satisfaction and offer adjustments within 3 days of your service.
- We do not offer refunds but will make things right within 7 days.
- Any additional services required will be charged accordingly.
Referral Program
- Refer a friend and receive $20 off your next visit, and they'll get $20 off their first.
- New referrals must be first-time visitors and complete their first visit.
- Offer valid for services only and subject to change without notice.
Eco/Sustainability Fee
- We've introduced a small fee to support sustainable practices, fair compensation for our team, and enhanced employee benefits.
- A portion of the fee goes towards environmentally conscious initiatives.
- We understand this is an additional cost but believe it's essential for maintaining our high standards and ethical practices.
Personal Property
- J Henry is not responsible for any damage to your clothing or personal items during services.
- Robes are available for your convenience.
Payment
- We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Gratuities
- Gratuities are not mandatory but appreciated.
- If multiple stylists worked on you, feel free to divide tips accordingly.
